We are experts in law office software.
Our staff includes the only Timeslips® Certified Consultants and the only Time Matters® Authorized Independent Consultants in the State of Mississippi. And yes, we also have years of experience working with SoftPro, Premise, Lawdesk, Casebase, WordPerfect, Amicus, Needles, Quickbooks, Litigation Advisor and countless other programs used by law firms.
- We've got a plan for you - a written plan.
Do you have a written Backup Plan? Disaster recovery plan? How about a Security plan? Every office should have these - and I mean have them written down. Our SuperDOC documentation package includes all of these items and is part of our standard service and support plan. Plus, our routine maintenance plan identifies and fixes problems - before problems happen. For more about our service plan, click here.
- We're active in the local computer community.
In fact, we founded the local Timeslips® Users Group as well as the local Time Matters® User Group.
- We don't speak a foreign language.
Through years of experience, we've learned to explain problems and situations in language that even lawyers can understand. Wouldn't it be nice to have someone you can really talk to about these things?
- We have the heart of a teacher.
So, what does that mean to you? It means we can fix your problem and leave. Or, we can fix your problem and teach you how to fix it yourself the next time, whichever is most convenient for you. We also offer formal training classes.
- We believe in industry certifications
Unfortunately, there are no "bar associations" or C.P.A.-like requirements for being in our line of business. Therefore, we rely on education and industry certifications as measuring sticks of our knowledge and ability. Everyone on our staff has earned at least one college degree and maintains at least one industry certification. We currently maintain certifications in Novell, Microsoft, Timeslips® and Time Matters®.
- We offer custom programming and software development services.
Let's see your computer guy tackle this one!
Here's how to get started:
First, give us a call or email us with some basic information, like what kind of a network you have, the software that you use, and a description of the problems you are having. If we can't help you, then we'll tell you. Chances are, though, we can help.
Second, we'll provide a written plan. Our written plan will define your problem and provide a concrete solution. It may require new hardware or software, standardizing your procedures, or just reconfiguring what you've got.
Third, we'll fix your problems and bring your documentation up-to-date. Then, we'll both know what we're working with.
Fourth, we'll keep things running smoothly. Our optional monthly routine maintenance plan will help eliminate problems by making sure that you've got the latest software patches, product updates, virus definitions, etc.
