Our hands-on training lab seats a maximum of 5 students. Our cozy setup is conducive to group learning, and most sessions generally turn out to be very interactive. The size of the lab is perfect for special training sessions for 3-5 members of a single company. Besides our regularly scheduled classes, customized training sessions can also be created and presented.


	Job Openings Matrix Solutions, Inc., has been in business since 1992. We offer the following services to small businesses in the Central Mississippi area: on-site service and support, custom software development and training. Our office is on Lakeland Drive East.
	Senior Technician We are looking for a technician that can visit client locations and perform various tech support services, including server setup and maintenance, workstation setup and troubleshooting, troubleshooting application issues, and doing anything else it takes to satisy our customers' needs. A certification of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) is preferred. A thorough working knowledge of Windows server operating systems, including Exchange, SQL Server, Terminal Services and all other related programs, is necessary. Only applicants with real-world experience should apply. Our techs must be attentive to detail and must enjoy working with people. This is not a 'back office' job or an 8-5 job. You must be able to communicate well in-person and in writing. In addition to being a creative problem solver, you will have to write proposals, create quotes, create PowerPoint slide shows, make presentations, etc. The ideal candidate should be ready to take the next step in their personal and professional development. This job will allow the right person to, in time, develop and manage projects, manage other technicians, and share in the revenue attributed to their hard work. Candidates will be required to take a general IQ test, one or more technical tests, and one or more personality profile tests. Candidates will also be required to read the book "Raving Fans" and submit a 2-page book report. Candidates must have reliable transportation and insurance. Benefits include a salary commensurate with experience, cell phone allowance, insurance allowance, reimbursement for mileage, reimbursement of ongoing education expenses, and quarterly performance bonus after one year.
